*Job Summary*

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Financial Services Manager to lead our finance department. In this pivotal role, you will drive customer financing solutions, foster strong dealer relationships, and ensure a seamless sales process. Your expertise in financial services, negotiation, and customer service will empower our team to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding client satisfaction.

*Responsibilities*

• Develop and present financing options tailored to each customer's needs, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process
• Negotiate terms with banks, lenders, and third-party financial institutions to secure optimal deals for customers and the dealership
• Guide customers through the financial paperwork, explaining terms and answering questions confidently
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling finance products such as extended warranties or insurance packages
• Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions, approvals, and customer interactions in compliance with company policies
• Stay informed about industry trends, lender requirements, and regulatory changes affecting automotive financing
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and building lasting relationships that foster loyalty

*Qualifications*

• Proven experience in financial services within the automotive or dealership industry
• Strong background in negotiation, sales, and customer service with excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of finance options, credit processes, and relevant math skills for calculations and analysis
• Dealership experience is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

Pay: $100,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
