📍 Location: 160 Washington St, Brookline, MA 02445 🕒 Schedule: Full-Time (open availability required) and Part-Time (evening and weekend availability) opportunities available

What You'll Do

Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and cannabis education

Coach and mentor team members on sales, upselling, customer engagement, and product knowledge

Support onboarding, training, and new product launches

Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, including opening/closing procedures and operational oversight

Help drive sales performance by reinforcing goals, promotions, and key business metrics

Assist customers with personalized product recommendations and purchasing decisions

Resolve customer concerns and create lasting customer loyalty

Process transactions accurately and maintain compliance with state regulations

Support merchandising, inventory, and overall store operations

What We're Looking For

21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience

Proven ability to influence sales results and lead by example

Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Leadership or supervisory experience

Experience coaching and developing retail teams

Cannabis industry experience
