Occupational Therapist - Reablement

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to become a key part of its client’s Reablement Team, supporting individuals to regain independence after illness, injury, or hospital discharge. This proactive role involves working directly in clients’ homes to promote well-being and reduce long-term care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct strengths-based assessments

Develop and implement personalised reablement plans

Collaborate with families and multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements:

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience

Full UK driving licence (essential)
