Job Title: Locum Team Manager - Community Team Location: Trafford Pay Rate: £40 per hour

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Adult Locum Team Manager for its client's Community Team located at Trafford.
What will your responsibilities be?
Engaging and supporting the strategic planning of the neighbourhood services.
Collaborating with commissioning colleagues, partner agencies, and third sector organisations to provide effective models of support and seamless assessments for the individuals we are working with.
Ensuring high quality assessments and support plans are provided to adults with eligible needs who may be at risk and/ or living with complex needs, and their families in Trafford; ensuring that appropriate protection plans are implemented in a safe and timely manner.
Taking a lead role in supporting and responding on complex safeguarding cases.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
2+ year's experience as an ATM/TM
