Field Service Engineer

Position Overview We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support at customer sites. The role requires good problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work closely with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Install, set up, test, and commission equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and carry out fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support spare parts and equipment maintenance activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in equipment maintenance, field service, troubleshooting, or technical support is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to travel and work at customer sites.
