About the Project
As a Support Engineer , you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving IT systems and applications for our global clients. You will work closely with development and operations teams to resolve technical issues, enhance system performance, and ensure seamless operations in the finance/stock exchange industry .

Daily tasks
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications and infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve system, network, and software issues
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure system stability
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Maintain technical documentation and provide user support when needed
Requirements
At least 4+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related fields
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms
Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL best practices
Basic scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting
Good command of English
