Manager, Life Student Care

At Life Community , we believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow with confidence and thrive. We are looking for a Manager, Life Student Care (LSC) to lead and grow our Student Care services across our four centres.

What you'll do  Lead and grow LSC services – develop service plans, programmes and new initiatives in response to the needs of children, families and the community. Drive service quality – establish service standards, monitor performance and lead programme evaluation and continuous improvement. Develop people – lead, coach and develop centre supervisors and staff, including manpower planning, recruitment and training. Build partnerships – develop strong relationships with schools, government agencies, corporates and community partners. Support organisational growth – contribute to fundraising events, corporate partnerships, projects and the development of the LSC brand. What we're looking for Degree or diploma in Social Work, Education, Social Sciences, Business or a related field. At least 7 years of relevant experience , with experience in programme or team management. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker who is also hands-on, organised and outcome-oriented. Passionate about working with children and families. Experience in student care, education, social services or community programmes is an advantage.
