  • Promote trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches throughout services.
  • Deliver internal workshops, specialist briefings, and upskilling sessions for Learning & Development colleagues.

About You

We're keen to speak with professionals who have:

  • A recognised qualification in a mental health-related discipline such as Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or similar.
  • At least 3 years' experience supporting children and young people with mental health needs.
  • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practice, attachment, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and self-injurious behaviours.
  • Experience within children's residential care, education, CAMHS, social care, or related environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex topics into practical learning.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
