Production Worker – Packaging in the morning shift

You will start working at one of the largest food companies in Flanders. The meat processing company in Aalter is responsible for producing worry-free meals and supplies more than 170 retail locations, including butcher shops and catering businesses.

As a production worker, you will work in the packaging department. Together with your colleagues, you will strive for a high-quality final result.

• As a production worker, you will help with packaging fine meat products
• You will learn to work thoroughly with one or more machines
• During the production process, you will continuously carry out quality checks, with a strong focus on hygiene, ensuring that all standards are met
• You will report to a line supervisor
• You will work in the morning shift

We are looking for a production worker with the following qualities and motivation:

• Experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential
• You are eager to learn, as after training you will need to be able to set up the machines yourself
• As a production worker, you will work with meat products in a colder environment and always follow internal hygiene regulations
• Refrigerator temperatures don't bother you; you will of course receive appropriate clothing
• Physically demanding work does not scare you
