Officer Tracking and Tracing

We are seeking a dedicated Officer Tracking & Tracing to join our team in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring vessel schedules and ensuring timely updates of missing data through the Tracking & Tracing system. The position also involves preparing KPI reports, coordinating with overseas counterparts, managing documentation via company's system.

What you'll be doing

1. Monitoring, check and update KPI report (daily, weekly and monthly) to the customer as per request
2. Monitoring and Update Missing data ATD and ATA via T&T system
3. Submit filing via ABS system
4. Communicate with counterparts in overseas operations
5. Other assign by superior

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 0-2 years in related field Good command of English Good team player and Operational Skill Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Program word and excel Preferably with working experience in multinational freight forwarder Strong interpersonal skill Good coordination Good relation and Service Mind
