IT Supervisor (Analytics & Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee analytics and engineering projects to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics and engineering initiatives, from planning and execution to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables while managing risks and resolving project issues.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, technical documentation, project reports, and executive summaries.
• Present advanced analytics solutions, dashboards, and other data products to business stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to team members.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management, delivery processes, and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience supervising or coordinating technology projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and project closure.
• Ability to manage project timelines, scope, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Excellent presentation, documentation, and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and present analytics or engineering deliverables to business and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
