Richmond Lavenderland off season operates 5 days a week, 10 am ? 5pm.

Job Responsibilities

• Serves customers by helping them select products.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Provides outstanding customer service.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner and responds to customers? questions.
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
• Manages financial transactions. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Cooperate with management and finish all assigned daily work as required.

Qualifications/ Skills

• Great at listening, friendly and enthusiastic
• Accountable and reliable
• Self- driven
• Excellent customer service,
• Having additional spoken language is an asset, especially Mandarin and Cantonese
• Meeting sales goals, and selling to customer needs
• Conversational English level
• High school diploma or GED
• 0-1 years of retail experience desired

Compensation

Rate:18.25/hour base+commission+tips.
