*Job Summary*
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Part-time Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing delicious meals, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth flow of kitchen operations. *Duties*
- Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Cook dishes to order, ensuring quality and consistency in every plate served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Support the team during busy service periods by managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ensure all food service equipment is used correctly and maintained properly
*Qualifications*
- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality meal preparation
