Digital Marketing

PT. Lancarjaya Motor Indonesia is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing professional to strengthen our online presence and support business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.
• Manage the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others).
• Create engaging content, including copywriting, graphics, photos, and videos.
• Plan and manage content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement across digital platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and corporate events.
• Optimize digital content using SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or a similar position.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media management.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
• Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
• Photography, videography, and video editing skills will be an advantage.
• Applicants must attach a portfolio showcasing previous digital marketing projects, social media management, or creative works.
