Waterproofing Specialist

Job Summary You will perform waterproofing and roofing tasks at various project sites in Singapore, ensuring quality and durability of waterproofing applications. Candidates must be physically fit and willing to work outdoors, under direct sunlight and on rooftops Responsibilities Carry, load and unload waterproofing materials, tools and equipment. Carry out cleaning and preparation of work areas before waterproofing works. Carry out hacking and removal of existing waterproofing, screed and other materials. Prepare surfaces for waterproofing works. Apply waterproofing coatings and waterproofing systems according to project requirements. Lay and install waterproofing membranes. Apply cementitious waterproofing and other waterproofing systems. Carry out repair and rectification works for water leakage and waterproofing defects. Assist with screeding, sealing, patching and related waterproofing works. Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the work site. Follow site safety requirements and proper use of PPE. Perform other duties related to waterproofing and roofing works as assigned by the supervisor.
