As a Process Engineer at Lam, you will operate on cutting-edge technology, harnessing automic precision, material science, and surface engineering to push technical boundaries. Your role involves developing new and advanced process formulations, definingbequipement hardware to meet processing requirements, evaluatingtest data, and coordinating design requirements to ensure compatibility of processing methods.

What you`ll do

• Responsible for performingg professiona process engineering reserach, developement and evaluation in semiconductor environment
• Reviews processing techniques and methodes applied in the manufacture, fabrication on products including in-house lab demonstration
• Conceives and plans projects involving definition ans selection on new concepts ans approaches
• Works with customer and senior engeneers cross functionally to understand roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues / challanges
• Acts as customer technology manager in the planning data collection, analysis and reporting
• Acts as single point of contact accountable for process related customer requests
• Drives introduction and evaluation of new technologies at customer sites including new tool qualification

Other Job Responsibilities

• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
• Works with cross-functional teams to get information and results needed
• Flexibility to travel to meet business requirements (<25% of the time)

Who we`re looking for

• MSc in Materials Engeneering with previous professional experience in Chemical Engineering; or equivalent experience in the field of wet clean / advanced packaging
• > 3 years of working experience in Materials Engineering including Sensor Developing, Reliability Engineering, Process Optimization and Advanced Packaging Research
• Familiarity with working in a chemical laboratory, having experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques
• in-depth understanding and experience in Statistical Process Controll (SPC) and Desig Experiments (DOE)
• Excellent social skills with ability to work with diverse teams
• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities, able to work in fast paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills in English

Wha we`re offering

This position is subject to the Austrain Collectice Bargaining Agreement (CBA) fpr Employees in the Material Technology Industry in the occupation groupe F depending on education background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
