Job Summary

We are looking for a Part-Time HR Executive (3 days' work arrangement) to join our Human Resources team and provide hands-on support across a broad range of HR operations and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR operational and administrative support
  • Administer employee leave, claims, medical benefits, insurance and other HR-related matters.
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle administrative tasks, including onboarding profile creation, operational changes, and offboarding clearances.
  • Hands-on data auditing, cleaning, and field mapping of employee records from legacy files/systems into the new HRIS platform.
  • Perform mass data uploads, data mapping validation, and post-migration verification checks to ensure complete accuracy.
  • Assist with training and development administration, including training coordination and maintenance of training records.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and other HR activities.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support for HR projects, internal filings, and routine operational workflows.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
  • Direct prior experience in HRIS data migration or HRIS implementation projects is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with BIPO, HRIQ or other HR systems would be an advantage.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Data Validation, with the ability to manage large datasets for data cleansing, reconciliation and validation.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
