Product Developer

Responsibilities:

Own the product development process from concept to MVP launch, working closely with the technical team. Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications and development plans. Coordinate the integration of hardware components (sensors, meters, control units) with the software platform. Prototype, test, and iterate on product features based on technical feasibility and user needs. Maintain and manage the product roadmap and development timeline. Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions, particularly within the BEMS/smart metering space. Work with the founding team to define product-market fit as the company scales.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in product development, ideally with exposure to hardware-software integrated products or IoT. Familiarity with product management tools - Notion, Trello, Jira- and prototyping tools - Figma. Basic understanding of energy systems, smart metering, or building management systems is a strong plus. Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, builder mindset suited to a startup environment.
