RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations. Supervises restaurant associates by preparing their weekly work schedule, administering their duties & responsibilities, monitoring their work performance, and facilitating their performance evaluation. Secures daily cash sales by monitoring, recording, and reporting sales transactions. Safeguards the restaurant’s property by keeping track of equipment, machines, food supplies, wares, fixtures, and other resources. Ensures the cleanliness, orderliness, and attractiveness of the store’s interior and exterior areas. Serves quality food and beverages in a timely manner, as needed. Completes assigned tasks while assisting coworkers in completing their tasks.
