Manufacturing Supervisor

In Charge of managing daily production, capacity planning and machine optimisation.

In charge of leading and motivating the production team to meet schedules for the various operations supporting customer requirements.

Responsible for maintaining a safe, organised and clean work environment

Responsible for maintaining a motivated and disciplined workforce and promote a positive working environment to improve employee morale.

Coordinate with cross functional teams in resolution of any issue that may impact production/quality.

Responsible in identifying opportunities for production efficiency improvement and reduction in waste.

Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

Min 5 years of machining experience in a manufacturing industry

Able to work in rotating shifts if required.

Requirement:

High initiative and energetic personality

Holds high hygiene and safety standards

6 days work week (Mon to Sat) on rotating shift
