Job Descriptions

• Facilitate engaging and inquiry-based learning experiences that focus on global issues and the SDGs.
• Guide students through the Design Thinking process: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test.
• Support students in developing innovative project ideas, storytelling strategies, and visual presentation tools (such as posters, videos, or pitch decks).
• Encourage collaboration and communication among participants in team-based projects.
• Provide constructive feedback during project development and presentation.
• Assist in organizing internal showcases and preparation for external exhibitions or competitions.
• Document learning progress and submit short reports on student engagement and outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Background in education, innovation, design thinking, social entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners (ages 10–17).
• Experience in facilitation, coaching, or guiding project-based learning.
• Familiarity with global challenges, SDGs, and innovation methods.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Creative, empathetic, and adaptive in working with diverse student profiles.
• Bonus: Experience with visual storytelling, pitch preparation, or SDG-related projects.
• Candidates must complete an interview and a microteaching session as part of the selection process
• Available to come to Surabaya
