Social Media & Content Creator
Role Description As a Social Media & Content Creator at Her Crown Story, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life across TikTok and Instagram through engaging, trend-driven, and visually compelling content. You will play a key role in planning, producing, and editing content that strengthens our brand presence, grows our online community, and drives audience engagement. This role requires a strong creative mindset, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to transform ideas into high-performing social media content.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Produce end-to-end content, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Edit videos and visual content optimized for social media platforms.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with the Brand, KOL, and Creative teams to execute marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights to continuously improve engagement and reach.
- Actively engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, while maintaining a friendly and on-brand communication style
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and content strategies.
- Proficient in video editing tools.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work full WFO in Sunter, North Jakarta.
