Production Planning Engineer

1. Prepare and update the Production Plan / Production Schedule in line with customer orders and delivery deadlines.
2. Analyze customer orders and prioritize the production plan accordingly.
3. Verify that machine capacity, raw materials, and manpower are sufficient to support the production plan.
4. Plan capacity utilization (Capacity Planning) and analyze process bottlenecks.
5. Track production status and compare Plan vs. Actual, analyzing the causes of any delays.
6. Coordinate with Production, QC, QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, Import-Export, and other relevant departments to ensure the production plan meets its targets.
7. Monitor and follow up on raw materials/parts required for production to prevent material shortages.
8. Adjust the production plan in the event of issues such as machine breakdowns, delayed materials, defective work, or changes in customer orders.
9. Prepare reports related to production planning and control, such as Production Plan, Production Status, Capacity, and Delivery Status reports.
10. Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce waiting time, minimize machine downtime, and reduce production costs.
11. Control Work in Process (WIP) levels to appropriate levels in line with the production plan.
12. Monitor and control process Lead Time to meet targets.
13. Prepare and update planning-related Master Data, such as Production Time, Cycle Time, Capacity, and Production Lead Time.
14. Participate in problem analysis and develop preventive measures for issues affecting the production plan and delivery.
15. Support production efficiency improvement projects such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Cost Reduction initiatives.
16. Comply with the company's quality and safety systems and regulations, as well as relevant standards such as ISO / IATF.
17. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications: เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 28-40 ปี ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมการผลิต วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Production Planning, Production Control หรือ Manufacturing จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีความรู้ด้านการวางแผนการผลิตและการบริหารกำลังการผลิต สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี เช่น Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีทักษะในการประสานงานและสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารงานตามกำหนดเวลาได้ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
