Area Manager F&B Coffee

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma's Degree in Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Area Manager, preferably in multi-outlet operations, coffee-to-go, or the F&B industry
• Strong understanding of hospitality, operational procedures, service standards, and product quality
• Strong analytical skills in monitoring sales performance, operational costs, financial reports, inventory, and outlet performance
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain operational consistency and high standards across multiple outlets
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop outlet teams
• Able to identify operational issues, analyze performance gaps, and implement effective improvement plans
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
