Warehouse Executive

Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, stock movement, space utilisation and safety compliance
• Coordinate all logistics activities and supply chain operations to ensure timely product availability in line with business demand and requests
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment and purchasing requirements based on operational demand
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Liaise with suppliers on product availability, lead times and delivery schedules to support cost-effective procurement
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues and meet business needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational SOPs
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive industry
• Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory/ERP systems
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Knowledge of automotive parts is an added advantage
• Able to handle loading/unloading work when required
• Able to work overtime or weekends when necessary
