Work days per week: 5 days/week (Sunday to Thursday)

Position overview

We are seeking an experienced senior mechanical supervisor to oversee mechanical construction, installation, maintenance, and/or commissioning activities within an LNG/oil & gas environment.

Key responsibilities

Supervise all mechanical construction, installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities on site.

Oversee mechanical equipment, piping, static and rotating equipment, and related field activities.

Manage contractors, ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, quality standards, technical specifications, and project schedules.

Provide leadership and coordination to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or relevant technical discipline.

Minimum of 10 years' experience in oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, or major industrial projects.

Extensive experience supervising mechanical equipment, piping, static and rotating equipment, and related on-site activities.

Proven experience managing contractors and ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, technical requirements, and project timelines.

Previous experience in Qatar or with major LNG operators is highly advantageous.

Demonstrated strong leadership, coordination, and site supervision skills.
