DRAFTER CUM 3D DESIGNER

RESPONSIBILITY :
- Review drawings and illustrations provided by architects and design consultants to prepare shop drawing for client approval and construction; using AutoCAD for interior fit-out
- Collaborate with Project Manager to revise and update drawings as required.
- Prepare final as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Update, check and maintain drawings for proper documentation.
- Prepare and consolidate document for all Operation and Maintenance Manual
- Attend site surveys and take measurements to verify site details when required.
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D design drawings for commercial projects, including site plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings (Option)
- Assist in ad-hoc project admin paperwork if necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior design, commercial fit-out, exhibition, product industrial design or related fields
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Able to work independently, self-motivated
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, V-Ray Renderer, SketchUp Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be advantageous.
- To convert design intent into 3D visuals proposal
- Able to develop concept and space planning in commercial projects
