Equipment Engineer วิศวกรอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักร

1. Understand, coordinate, and resolve various production equipment anomalies.
2. Provide technician training and work coordination.
3. Introduce new products, confirm processes, and supervise pre-production preparations.
4. Optimize SMT processes and procedures, and balance work hours.
5. Abnormally analysis and yield improvement.
6. PCB process includes(wave soldering, spray coating, depanel, press-fit, etc.).
7. Other tasks assigned by plant manager.

1.ทำความเข้าใจ ประสานงาน และแก้ไขความผิดปกติของอุปกรณ์การผลิตต่าง ๆ 2.จัดการฝึกอบรมช่างเทคนิคและประสานงานการปฏิบัติงาน 3.นำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่เข้ากระบวนการผลิต ยืนยันขั้นตอนการผลิต และกำกับดูแลการเตรียมงานก่อนการผลิต 4.ปรับปรุงขั้นตอนและกระบวนการ SMT รวมถึงการปรับสมดุลชั่วโมงการทำงาน 5.วิเคราะห์ความผิดปกติและปรับปรุงอัตราผลผลิต 6.กระบวนการ PCB รวมถึง (การบัดกรีคลื่น, การพ่นเคลือบ, การตัดแผง, การกดขา Press-fit เป็นต้น) 7.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการโรงงานมอบหมาย

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in PCBA or any Electronic relate field. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขา PCBA หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพศชาย-หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 40 ขึ้นไป More than 3 years of experience in the PCBA industry or related .มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรม PCBA หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องมากกว่า 3 ปี Ability to communicate in Chinese or English. .สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษได้ Good understanding in 5Why, 7 QC Tools, 8D report, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Six Sigma and computer skill. อ .มีความเข้าใจที่ดีเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือคุณภาพ เช่น 5Why, 7 QC Tools, รายงาน 8D, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Six Sigma และมีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ Knowledge and understanding of IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001, ISO45001 standards. มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001, ISO45001 Ability to communicate in Chinese or English. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษได้ Strong communication and teamwork abilities. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี รับ RESUME ภาษาอังกฤษหรือจีน
