Electrical Engineer (Major Healthcare Infrastructure Build)

Role Overview We are recruiting site-focused Electrical Engineers to join the project team for a major ongoing healthcare expansion project in Singapore. This role offers high site exposure, complex power/LV distribution coordination, and an above-market compensation package tailored for project execution. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day electrical site installation works, including high/low voltage systems, power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.

Ensure all site works strictly comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and Singapore construction standards.

Conduct joint site inspections with Resident Technical Officers (RTO), Consultants, and Main Contractor representatives.

Monitor sub-contractor site progress, quality control (QA/QC), and track variation orders (VOs).

Assist in site T&C activities, system testing, and defect resolution for handover.

Requirements Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Proven track record in building construction site execution (healthcare, institutional, or commercial building exposure is a plus).

Strong site presence and problem-solving skills in high-intensity construction setups.

Comfortable with a 6-day work week site schedule (comes with an enhanced salary package).
