Spa Therapist
We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Spa Therapist to provide quality spa and wellness services to customers. The Spa Therapist will perform massage, body treatments and other spa services while maintaining high standards of customer care, hygiene and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Spa & Wellness Treatments
Perform professional massage and spa treatments according to company standards and customer preferences. Provide services such as:Body massageAromatherapy massageFoot reflexologyBody scrubBody treatmentOther spa treatments offered by the outlet Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable treatments. Ensure customers are comfortable and well cared for throughout the treatment.
- Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and provide a professional and welcoming experience. Communicate with customers regarding their treatment preferences and comfort level. Handle customer requests professionally. Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits. Promote suitable packages, treatments and spa products where appropriate.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming. Clean and sanitise treatment rooms and equipment after each session. Prepare towels, oils, treatment products and equipment before treatments. Follow company hygiene, safety and operational procedures.
- Sales & Customer Retention
Introduce customers to suitable treatments, packages and membership programmes. Support outlet sales and promotional activities. Encourage repeat bookings and customer referrals. Maintain good customer relationships to support customer retention.
- Teamwork & Operations
Work closely with spa managers, supervisors and other therapists. Assist with preparation and closing of treatment rooms. Maintain proper usage and care of spa equipment and products. Report any equipment problems, customer issues or operational concerns to the supervisor. Requirements Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, Beautician or similar role is preferred. Relevant massage/spa treatment certification is an advantage. Good knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments. Friendly, professional and customer-oriented personality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods. Well-groomed and professional appearance. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
