Kinetic has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a regional product manager to be based in Dubai.

Main responsibilities

Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Develop medium-term strategic and short-term operational plans.

Improve product marketability, profitability, and market share.

Identification and mapping of key stakeholders and building good working relationships.

Manage the entire product life cycle portfolio.

Develop innovative/competitive market access strategies.

Identify marketing opportunities.

Monitor market trends.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/science.

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

Must have primary care/consumer healthcare experience.

Currently based in the UAE and experience in the GCC region.

Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving skills; successful track record of delivering business results.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
