BIM Modeller

We are looking for BIM Modeller proficient in Architecture / Structure / MEP trade

Tender Stage:

Create and update BIM models based on Tender drawings and corrigendum in accord to Company BIM standard.

Create Still images rendering for the presentation.

Create 4D sequencing based on Engineer’s master program.

Extract quantity from BIM for Tender QS/Engineer as a reference.

Project Stage:

Create and update BIM models based on Contract drawings and corrigendum.

Preparation of models for coordination and Shopdrawing submission in accordance to the BIM schedule

Prepare BIM models to communicate and visualisation aids

Ensure the integrity/quality of the models, eg. Models to be clear of clashes

Requirements:

ITE/Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Structure/ Construction Management related

At least 3-5 years of BIM experience

Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes

Strong communication and Good interpersonal skill

Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit modeling
