Accounting & Finance Head

Oversee the company’s accounting operations and full accounting cycle.

Review General Ledger, Full Set Accounting, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and other accounting records.

Lead month-end and year-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting.

Oversee tax compliance, statutory requirements, and coordination with external auditors and accounting partners.

Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.

Prepare financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations for management.

Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost control.

Establish and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and SOPs.

Lead, supervise, and develop the Accounting and Finance team.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5–8 years of relevant Accounting and Finance experience.

Experience in a supervisory or managerial accounting/finance role.

Strong hands-on experience in General Ledger and Full Set Accounting.

Experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, and Philippine tax compliance.

Strong Excel and accounting system skills.

Leadership experience in managing an Accounting or Finance team.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

CPA is preferred but not required.

Experience in e-commerce, retail, trading, or manufacturing is an advantage.

Willing to work onsite in Taytay, Rizal.
