Company Industry: Manufacturing & Servicing of Industrial Chillers 📍 Location: Near Chai Chee Rd 💰 Salary: $4,800 – $6,500 🗓 Working Days: 5.5 Days

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations for industrial chiller installation, servicing and maintenance projects.
• Plan and coordinate site activities, manpower, equipment and work schedules to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Supervise technicians and site workers and ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams on site matters.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Identify site or technical issues and provide quick and practical solutions to minimize delays and downtime.
• Attend site meetings, inspections and project coordination meetings when required.
• Ensure proper safety procedures and site requirements are followed.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, outstanding issues and site conditions to management.
• Handle other site/project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience in industrial chillers, HVAC/air-conditioning systems, water pumps or related mechanical systems .
• Previous experience in site supervision, project coordination or team management is preferred.
• Good technical understanding and able to troubleshoot or coordinate solutions for site-related problems.
• Responsible, decisive and quick in resolving problems.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to lead and work closely with technicians, contractors and customers.
• Candidates with strong hands-on technical experience who are ready to progress into a site management role are welcome to apply.
