BIM MODELLER

Basic: 3500-5000 (Base on Experience) Working Days: 5Days Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm Working Location: Office (Ang mo Kio) / Project Site Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, BIM; ⁠Create and revise 2D/3D technical drawings for MEP disciplines.
• ⁠Attend meetings to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
• ⁠Provide input during design development, especially for constructibility; ensuring designs adhere to local building codes and regulations.
• ⁠Maintain drawing and document standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• ⁠Work closely with project coordinator and project manager for drawing amendments and updates.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum Diploma or Any Relevant Certificates in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
• ⁠Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
