Graphics Designer
Responsibilities:
Design high-quality marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, posters, business cards, and promotional materials.
Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with the company's branding and marketing goals.
Design logos, corporate branding materials, presentations, packaging, and infographics.
Prepare artwork for both print and digital publication. Ensure consistency of the company's visual identity across all marketing channels.
Maintain and update brand assets, templates, and design guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to produce impactful campaigns.
Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen the company's brand presence. Create basic motion graphics and short promotional videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
Edit and retouch photographs for marketing and promotional use.
Develop visual content for product launches, events, and advertising campaigns.
Optimize graphics for various digital platforms and screen sizes. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand project requirements.
Incorporate feedback into designs while maintaining quality and creativity.
Organize and maintain design files and creative assets. Prepare print-ready files and ensure artwork meets production specifications.
Liaise with printers and production vendors to ensure high-quality output.
Review proofs and oversee print quality where necessary.
Ensure designs are optimized for various printing methods and materials.
Requirements:
Minimum of an OND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Proven years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across digital and print projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and other graphic design software.
Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles.
Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
