Project Engineering Manager

Role summary

Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering and design activities for Saudi Aramco GES+ projects, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards, project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

Lead engineering teams across all disciplines (process, mechanical, piping, civil, E&I, telecom).

Manage FEED verification, detailed design, and IFC deliverables.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, and procedures.

Coordinate engineering interfaces with client, PMT, licensors, vendors, procurement, and construction teams.

Monitor engineering progress, man-hours, resource utilization, and deliverable schedules.

Lead design reviews, constructability reviews, HAZOP, and technical workshops.

Manage technical queries (TQs), design changes, and engineering risks.

Provide engineering support during procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (process or mechanical).

Minimum 15 years of engineering experience, including 8+ years in engineering management.

Proven experience on Saudi Aramco GES+ projects.

Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and design management processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
