Quality Engineer/Senior Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer 1.Familiar with sheet metal stamping,Plastic Injection, metal tooling and machines operation. 2.Good experience in Quality standard, ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and IATF 16949. 3.Able to handle customer complaint and lead the team to drive for corrective and preventive action plan. 4.With good knowledge in using measurement device, CMM, Overhead project. etc 5.Develop, manage and expand the quality management system 6.Have good knowledge in preparing SIP and ISO documents.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or any other related field Minimum 3-5 years work experience in Quality Engineer or Quality Assurance Good communication, interpersonal relationship, organizational and leadership skills Computer Literate especially able to use MS Word and MS Excel well Good Communication with English as well (TOEIC Score 550 will be advantaged) Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, IATF 16949:2016 and quality assurance techniques relevant to manufacturing hardware components. Knowledge in measurement equipment and machine Experience with statistical analysis tools such as SPC, FMEA, and Six Sigma. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with product testing, reliability testing, and environmental testing specific to server components. Experience with APQP, PPAP, and supplier quality management. Familiarity with server infrastructure and hardware components, specifically Server Chassis.
