Production Planer/Production Material Control Officer

• Create planned forecast / revised forecast based on capacity and components availability
• Coordinate production workflow or Bill Of Material for products
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Determine manpower and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Monitor and follow up plan to ensure they will finish base on customer requirement
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on product capacity.
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports (KPIs)
• Collaborate with production, quality control, SCM, and other parties,
• Create PR. of direct material ( Raw material, Assembly components and packaging also follow up from supplier.
• Creation and maintenance of master data in QAD

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business management / Administration / Logistic or related field. Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles Good at math and statistics Working knowledge of MS Office and QAD systems Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities Good in English
