Farm Tour Guide

Key Responsibilities

●      Lead engaging and informative tours across our farm locations.

●      Welcome visitors and provide a warm, professional and memorable guest experience.

●      Learn and confidently communicate the history, operations and agricultural practices of the farm.

●      Share knowledge about coffee production and the different products and experiences available to visitors.

●      Respond to visitor questions and create an interactive and enjoyable tour experience.

●      Facilitate and support events, group visits and other tourism-related activities.

●      Work closely with the wider team to ensure tours and events run smoothly.

●      Assist with preparing tour locations and visitor areas before and after tours.

●      Identify opportunities to enhance the visitor experience and contribute ideas for improving tours.

●      Maintain professional standards of presentation, punctuality, cleanliness and customer service.

●      Represent the brand positively when interacting with visitors.

●      Continuously develop knowledge of coffee, agriculture, tourism and the products offered by the business.
