Odoo ERP Implementer

Role Description The Odoo ERP Implementer will work on-site in Qesm 1st Nasser City in a full-time capacity, supporting the implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP modules across business functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, configuring and customizing Odoo applications, and mapping business processes to system workflows. The role involves testing new features, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth integrations with existing systems. The Implementer will also train end users, develop documentation, and continuously refine system usage to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement Odoo modules (MRP, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, HR & Payroll).

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Lead user training, UAT, and process improvements.

Support data migration, workflow automation, and system optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP delivery.

4+ years of hands-on Odoo ERP implementation experience.

Strong expertise in the Manufacturing (MRP) module.

Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Odoo implementations .

Knowledge of Odoo versions 16–19 (Odoo 19 is a plus).

Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience with ETA e-invoicing is an advantage.
