HR MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures. Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies. Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances professionally. Coordinate staff training, development, and engagement initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Provide strategic HR support to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years' relevant HR experience. Strong knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labour regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - N350,000 Monthly
