About you 2 years F&B supervisory or team-lead experience (Singapore experience preferred)

Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written); able to train foreign workers

Proficient in POS systems and Excel; able to produce basic reports

Able to stand for long hours; assist in kitchen and service when needed

Strong leadership and execution; fair, communicative, excellent under pressure

Basic knowledge of SFA/NEA requirements; WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
