HR Recruiter- Inhouse

Location: Central Salary: SGD 3.5K to 4.5K 1 year contract role Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for bank operations positions. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates against role requirements. Manage interview coordination and candidate follow-ups. Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment records. Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs. Support candidates through offer and onboarding processes. Requirements Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition , preferably within banking or financial services. Good understanding of banking operations and related roles . Strong communication, coordination and candidate management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
