Front of The House (FOH)

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain hospitality standards
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet
• Follow SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Support team members during peak hours.
• Candidate must be currently available in the UAE.
• Must be able to join immediately.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the respective field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of customer service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, if required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must possess a valid visit visa, cancelled visa, or transferable visa status (if applicable).
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the UAE/GCC region.
• Must be willing to work at any assigned company location.
• Ability to handle work pressure and meet operational requirements.
• Immediate availability for interviews and assessments.
