Team Lead P&C Business Partners (f/m/d)

Responsibilities
Lead and support the P&C Business Partners team through regular feedback and coaching. Build trusted relationships with leaders, advise them on key people matters and connect them with P&C teams. Help leaders turn business goals into clear people and team actions. Manage conflicts and sensitive situations fairly and discreetly, involving Legal or other experts, when required. Promote a culture based on trust, accountability and open communication. Ensure effective management of employee and labour-related matters and ongoing process improvement.
Requirements:
3+ years’ HR/P&C Business Partner experience. Degree in HR, business, law, psychology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Good understanding of workforce planning, including skills, capacity, succession and hiring needs. Solid knowledge of German employment law, HR processes and data protection. Experience in collaboration with German works council. Initial people-leadership or team-coordination experience. Experience in cross-teams collaboration, including working with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Development & Engagement, Legal and Corporate Communication teams. Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills. C1/C2-level English and willingness to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
