Process Engineer (วิศวกรกระบวนการผลิต)

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Analyze production process issues and identify root causes using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies. Reduce scrap and improve overall production productivity. Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs). Monitor and analyze production performance data, including Yield, Cycle Time, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and automation in the production line. Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), Maintenance, and Research & Development (R&D) teams to enhance manufacturing processes. Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects.

Qualifications: Age: 22–40 years old Open to all genders. Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. At least 2–5 years of experience in Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering (more experience may be required depending on the position level). Ability to listen, speak, read, and write in both Chinese and English will be an advantage. Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), PFMEA, Control Plan, and Statistical Analysis will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel. Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Minitab, or Power BI will be an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments. Able to record a video presenting the production process.
