Sales Promotion

Responsibilities:

Promote and actively sell the company’s products and services to prospective customers.

Approach potential customers, explain product features and benefits, and respond to enquiries.

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close sales and encourage repeat business.

Provide accurate feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Represent the company professionally at all times.

Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE in any relevant discipline.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, or customer service is an advantage.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer engagement abilities.

Must be confident, presentable, hardworking, energetic, and results-oriented.

Ability to work with sales targets and perform under pressure.

Good knowledge of the assigned sales area is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be available to resume promptly.
