Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team. Set sales targets and monitor team performance. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Track sales performance and prepare regular reports. Support the team in converting leads and closing sales. Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews. Ensure achievement of assigned sales objectives.

Requirements:

HND, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role. Experience working in a Microfinance Bank is an added advantage. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets. Excellent customer relationship management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Must be confident, proactive, organized, and target-driven.
