Accountabilities: The Principal Product Manager will own the technical product strategy and lifecycle for intelligent planning solutions, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and engineering capabilities. The role requires strong product leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable enterprise solutions.

Define and execute the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring alignment with scalability, performance, and architectural goals.

Gather, analyze, and prioritize technical product requirements based on customer feedback, market needs, technical feasibility, and system constraints.

Partner with engineering teams throughout product development, guiding requirements management and lifecycle execution with a focus on system behavior, reliability, and performance.

Manage products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring delivered capabilities maintain technical integrity, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Establish technical design approaches for planning implementations, including dimensional modeling, aggregation strategies, and planning architecture.

Collaborate with customer-facing teams to evaluate technical feasibility, performance expectations, and implementation considerations.

Define performance benchmarks, service expectations, and scalability requirements for enterprise applications.

Promote secure software development practices by ensuring compliance with applicable security policies and processes.

Contribute to continuous improvement by leveraging customer insights, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Build strong partnerships across product, engineering, consulting, and business teams to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive product management experience combined with strong technical knowledge of enterprise software, cloud platforms, analytics, and intelligent planning solutions. They should be comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing technical decisions at scale.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline.

12+ years of experience in technology-focused roles such as product management, marketing, sales, consulting, or related functions.

Proven experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements for enterprise technology solutions.

Familiarity with application development and deployment lifecycles within major public cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Experience with distributed computing frameworks, in-memory analytics platforms, or large-scale planning systems.

Knowledge of supply chain planning platforms, scenario modeling, optimization systems, or advanced analytics solutions.

Experience defining performance SLAs, scalability benchmarks, and technical constraints for enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of analytical workloads involving large datasets and complex calculations.

Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, deployment technologies, and continuous delivery environments.

Experience with application security and/or cloud security principles.

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, customers, and business stakeholders.

Strong communication, influencing, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance technical requirements and business outcomes.
